Our payment options and billing process is simplified for convenience and easy adoption.

We bill hourly, with the rates varying for bank holidays, evenings and weekends. If you need more information on pricing please contact us.

When you register with us, you have the option to pay by direct debit. Our billing is every two weeks, and statements are available to view online.

Public Funding

You may be eligible to receive help from the Government to fund your care. You have the right to request a free care assessment from your area's Social Service Department to find out if you are eligible to get support with the cost of your care.

Independent Living Fund

The Independent Living Support is funded by the Central Government to help people with disabilities to live independently in the comfort of their homes.

Payments are made to people with disabilities to enable them to afford the costs of a personal assistant or care agency to provide the support they require to remain in their own homes.
